Do not set the cam advanced unless you degree it in first!!!!!!!...Many aftermarket cams are ground with advance built in...I just did a crane 941 and they are already 5 deg advanced....If you put it 4 degrees ahead with an adjustable timing set your going to be 9....Too much.....Even some timing sets are not what they should be, and manufacturing tolerances in cams somtimes vary...The only way to know for sure is to degree it in...Crane has instructions on their website, you can do it in less than an hour...Its worth the time spent.....d44hd

Most 352's had higher compression than the 360, so you'd have to figure up the compression on them. It kind of depends on the year of 352, as some had different compression height pistons than others. According to my calculations, most 352's had compression ratios somewhere around 9.2 to 10. I think the 901 would work for the later 352 that had lower compression around 9.2, and the 941 would work good for the earlier ones, around 1960, that had around 10.
