transmission ???
recently started looking at used rangers ... looking over various forums have noticed that the mazda 5 spd manual has plugs that eventually leak ... there are various threads regarding the replacement of these plugs with ones that will not leak ... i have found no mention of whether ford has stopped using the leaky plugs ... if they no longer use them what year were they changed ???

I have never heard of this but if there is some info about this I am curious as well. I have a few rangers/broncoII's with this transmission. I have on out right now, maybe I will take a peek at it.
