Vacuum Amplifier Conections

I am getting the emmissions stuff hooked up on my '78 F150 (4x4 351m c6).
I have the correct diagram, but it is unclear regarding what i think are unused connections on the vacuum amplifier.
Mine has 3 connections per side, but the diagram only shows 2 per side used.

What do I do with the unused ones? Cap them or leave them open?
Thanks in advance.

The unused port is a vent for the amplifier. Leave it open.
