I realize that August is still a few months away, but Hot August Nights in Reno would be your best shot at finding someone. I've been going since I bought my 65 in 02. Too bad it's not ready to go with me yet

Since you mention restore I assume back to stock. You might try the Hot August Nights new chat forum or even Hemmings Motor News website. Under Hobby Resources they have a Clubs link. If you scroll to Nevada it shows the city and car club name. I would contact the various Reno clubs to see who they recommend.
