Gibson Exhaust
I just installed a single pipe Gibson exhaust on my 04 SuperCrew yesterday. Very easy to do, but the sound is barely better than stock. I extended the tip that was included with the system and that made it sound a little better, but does anyone have any ideas what else I can do to get a little more noise?
PS. The two pipe versions of the Gibson exhaust systems (what I originally wanted) don't work on the Lariats do to the 18" spare.

I experienced the same thing with my 97 scab. The Gibson was too mellow. short of cutting it open and removing some of the baffles. The only thing left is to replace the muffler with a Flowmaster.
