I called them recently for a quote and they wanted $80 to do my two front windows. A little high if you ask me since the whole truck is only $110

Window tinting is really easy if you take the time to clean the glass and use lots of water. The challenge comes in when you work with curved glass like a rear window on a car. If you need help, I'm game.

two things, first of all, Midwest Sucks!!... the first time, ask most anyone. haha.
Secondly, Midwest Tinting is out of business, or at least, they've moved, not sure where to though.....

I'm not too happy with the job they did on mine... there's a 1/4" gap on the drivers' side where the tint stops.... that's BAD in the tinting world.

How about a tinting party???!!! I would like to have my back glass and the 2 smaller side windows a little darker. They have the factory tint on them now but have no UV protection.

What do ya say DAN??

What have I got myself into?? I might do one or two and then you guys can say it was good or "Never take your truck to that guy again!" LOL

When you order tint material it is really important that it is the hard stuff. The rolls you get at Walmart work ok but are easily scratched and streaked by power windows and other things. I haven't done a window in years so it's a matter of who is brave enough.
