E4OD to Powerstroke swap - Help
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 20-Dec-02 AT 03:12 PM (EST)]Question: Will a '99 E4OD torque converter fit a '93 transmission? Are the input shaft splines the same, as well as the pump drive and bushing? I'm trying to swap a 2000 Powerstroke engine into a '93 truck with a 7.3 Navistar & an E4OD. I already bought a flex plate for the engine (was a 6 speed). Am I correct in assuming that the '93 converter has four bolt lugs and the Powerstroke converter has six?
