'66 Hood Rust
Looking for the best solutions to handle the rust generated inside the front lip of the hood. It looks like the construction method, two layers of sheet metal close together with no easy escape for moisture/condensation, is poor design. I'm interested in both an interim solution and a final solution. In other words, 1) a way to stop it now and hold it short of pulling off the hood, dipping it, etc., and 2) a way to deal with it permanently, which might include some way to reconstruct that front lip and add some kind of weep holes. Help?
