Installing a remote starter

I am installing a remote starter on my 2003 F150. The remote starter (bulldog) allows the use of a lock/unlock on the fob (remote). The problem is I can't figure out where the lock and unlock wires are located. I have checked the wires on the drivers side kick panel. Can anyone help me out with the color and location of these two wires. I have the wiring chart from bulldog but can't seem to locate the color and location of the wires on the passenger or drivers side.

HELP PLEASE

Does your truck have factory keyless or just power door locks like an XL would have? If you have factory keyless you can use the wires coming out of the RAP module. Otherwise if its an XL model with just the power door locks and no remote system the wires should be accessable from a harness on the left side of the dash panel up near the top. You should be looking for a pink and green and a pink and yellow, at least those were the colors last 25 times I installed a factory remote start.

Thanks for the help. I have the keyless entry ( the remote and not the keypad on the door). Is it easier to get to the RAP module or the wires under the dash? After looking at the owners manual I see that the fuse for the power door locks are under the hood and not under the dash. I have been looking in the wrong place. I do see the group of wires going into the firewall but they are not easy to get too. If the RAP module is easier to get to then I will try to hookup there.

Thanks again for all the help. This sight is awesome. You guys have a great wealth of knowledge.

I see the EVTM describes the 2003 as having the later CSM central security module, and the module provides the power when it recieves the ground signal from the switch.. The door locks recieve a ground signal from the switch thru connector 274b at the CSM. Location described as under LH side of instrument panel near steering columb. UNLock is Pink and light green and Lock is Pink and Yellow. 274b is a 22 pin connector with Pink and light green on pin 9 and Pink and yellow on pin 17.
