yes, they make an injector cleaner for diesels, they also make a fuel conditioner for winter. if you start having probs in the winter, a can of fuel conditioner usually clears it up (condensation in the fuel)

I can honestly feel the difference in the way the truck runs with/without it, and recommend it strongly. Though it's available at most truck stops, the best price I've found for it is at Diesel Injection Service. I hope this helps.
