Understanding tint laws
Ok,
Arkansas law
front visor 5 inches<--understood
front windows 25%
rear door windows 25%
rear window 10%
ok now is the 10% darker than the 25%?
or I mean how does it work?
is it not neccasarily the color persay but the transparancy? could someone please explain all this stuff to me?

the persent is how much light is let through so 25% lets through 25% of total light so 25% is lighter then 10% because 10% olny lets through 10% of total light. the only reason for the laws is because cops like to see in your window when they pull you over

but depending on where you live most of the time they dont bug. were i am our tint laws are basically the same as yours. but on my truck i have 2.5% on my rear window and back side windows and 12% on my fronts with blue flames, and iv never been botherd. 25% is usually what come from the dealership
