... or I guess just an addition if you don't have Audiofile.
PROBOX has come out with a sub box for the SCAB and SCREW 04's that accomodates a 10" sub-woofer. I don't know much about it and haven't seen it. I emailed the company a coulpe days ago asking if they were going to make one and they replied with a part number.
It's not showing on their website yet but in the email they said it's $180.
I also emailed QLOGIC asking when they were going to release a box, but they haven't replied to me yet.
Neither company is affiliated w/ one another (as far as I know) and I am not affiliated with them either. Just letting you guys know because it looks like they both make quality stuff.
If the custom box is desinged with a ten inch whole in it and to fit under the seat in the stock location, How do you know what 10 inch speaker to put in the box. Doesn't each speaker need a certain amount of interior box space to work properly?
any 10" can fit in a 10" box. Some sound better than others in the smae box depending on the box type. They make a foam that makes it seem like the box is bigger than what it really is.

BIGSHERM77,
You are correct. The box manufacturer should tell you what the cubic feet of the box is; all reputable companies do. The speaker manufacturers will also recommend a box size to use. With this infomation you match the box and speakers up for the right combo.

This is not true. I've found 3 underseat sub boxes for the 2004 F150 and they all range between 5.25 and 5.75 inches deep. Some 10" subwoofers can require over 8 inches of depth just to physically fit into the box because they are so deep and the magnets are so big.
