That's how I feel hisjr. I just don't want to see this left unresolved though. I was VP of another Chapter but it was a "good ol' boys" group so I wasn't consulted much. I did help w/making plans for get together's & finding things to do. I know I can handle that but this would have a lot more responsibility attached to it I think.
One suggestion would be a "sharing" of the position. Different reigons would have someone to represent them & pitch in. NYC is awfully far from Buffalo if only because of the cost of gas today. It would be next to impossible to know what's going on statewide & then try to arrange some kind of trip where we'd all meet.
Anyhow, I hope some of the more active members show an interest. I'm fairly "new" here as well so in deference to the long timer's here I hope they decide to run. I too will help any way I can. We have a great group here - let's use that & start showing our interest & support of the Chapter as well as the site!

Are you there now? I was born not far from Yankee Stadium - within walking distance. At nite you could hear the crowds roar - I still remember that!
