shiftkit question...
Recently installed B&M Transpak in my '70 Sport Custom C6. Everything went fine, followed the instructions to a tee, even went and bought a high dollar inch pound torque wrench to apply to right pressure. But now when I let the tranny shift itself, at half throttle in drive it will downshift on its own. The only problem is that there is no kickdown linkage, it is gone, is this normal or is this something I should look into? This is my first transpak and I'm not framiliar enough to know how they act. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
