Mark I just got a call from my dealer that said my truck has been built. Can you tell me if there is any special dealer cash or rebates at this time. My zip code is 12047 Cohoes,NY and the dealer is 05201 Bennington,VT. I ordered Jan. 15th and already lost a $500 cash bonus that ran out 3/31 from Ford credit. I do belong to AQHA.
