Question Winter fuel and Summer fuel

Does anyone know when the changeover is made from winter fuel to summer fuel?? I've been getting better milage since I put on the BFG 305's and I'm wondering what to attribute the gain to? I did switch from 285 mud terrains, and I usually run around with my chip set on 50 setting most of the time, and I haven't changed anything else with the truck so... Anyone know about the fuel changeover??

32*F is the magic temperature I think.

When the forecast is no longer calling for sub-freezing temps, they go back to 100% #2.

They have probably already cut back from 20% #1 to only 10% #1 except maybe at the North Pole.
