EGR valve
I was working on my bronco yesterday and i hit what seems to be a vaccum line that came out of the egr. It was real brittle. It was a green hard plastic that ran down to the bottom of the heads and joined other wires. Anyone have any ideas on what this thing is and do i have to replace the whole harness it goes into. It seems like it joins up with the wires that come from the "campell's soup can". Thanks. Oh yeah, it a 92 with 302 an E40d.

Don't remember right off hand, but you should just get some regular vacuum hose and replace it. Just find the other end of that green line (it'll be near the coil) and rerun that line with regular rubber line.
