Help, trying to remove ignition switch.

How do you remove the igition switch off the dash? Can't figure it out?

Disconnect battery
Turn the key to acc
Insert end of paperclip in hole,push while turning the key counter-clockwise.
Pull the tumbler out.

Follow what Dennis said, BUT also pay attention to the position of the Tumbler, so that you can line the new one up the same, otherwise you'll fight it trying the get it lined up again.

What if I dont have the key? I bought a used dash.........

I would take it to a locksmith or else you have to drill the lock out ruining lock and probaly the switch.If you go the drill route dont damage the bezel,you can buy a new switch and lock but a bezel is getting hard to find.
