Jeff, will you please quote the prices for 6 or 7 year / 100,000 mile ESP coverage for my new F150 Lariat 4x4. Am I correct that the "Premium Care" is the most complete coverage? If so I would like that one. I would think the $50 or $100 dollar deductable would be fine as well.
Jeff, I too would like a quote for a $0 Deductible, 7yr/100k esp premium care warranty for an 04, f350, 6.0, 4x4, with less than 12k (brand new to be exact) no business use.
Sorry about that- I thought I had e-mailed you some prices. Anyways, a 6 year/100,000 mile PremiumCare is $2365 retail, our price is $1815. 7 year/ 100,000 mile is $2965 retail, our price is $2415. That's with a $50 deductible; deduct $125 from those prices for a $100 deductible. If you have more than 12,000 miles on the truck, then add $100 to those prices.
There are 4 levels of parts coverage available, but the first three are so close in price that the top 2 are the only ones that make sense, price-wise.
7-year/ 100,000 mile ExtraCare will cost $3030, PremiumCare is $4255. That's with the standard $50 deductible.

The same price would apply to your request, as well, but add $330 for the $0 deductible option.
I pick my truck up Wed 4/14 and negotiated a $4195 price for the 7yr/100k/$0ded or $3900 for the 7yr/100k/$50ded with the dealer selling the truck. Looks like I did a good job and since it is the same dealer i'm buying the truck from I can include price of warranty in the loan. Appreciate you getting back to me (us).....can't wait untill Wed....Yahoooo!
$3900!! OUCH... Ford must know something about the reliability of their vehicles.........
It's not so much reliability as it is the COST of repairs, and the extra beating that Super-Dutys are subjected to. The same warranty on an F-150 is half the cost. It's the main reason Ford Credit's lease plans on S/Ds absolutely SUCKS. They don't want to lease these trucks because of their condition when turned in, which just leads to arguments between them and the customer. If you are going to lease one, then Ford Credit builds in enough reserve to cover problems down the road.
