Question suspension question

Does anyone know who makes extended radius arms/flexy front coils/extended shocks and shock hoops/10 or 11 pack 4" leaf springs for my application? I have a 1976 f100 4x4 with the dana 44 and ford 9" All stock except the rear springs and hangers are out of a 71'f100. I know wild horses makes these for eb's All help greatly appreciated.

You can contact National Spring in El Cajon, CA for the springs. They can build you anything you want. It is best to bring them the truck, or at least know the weight of the truck at each axle.

The long travel shocks you should be able to get at a 4x4 shop or buggie shop. Bilstein, King, and Fox all make long travel shocks, some with remote reservoirs for buggie and truck applications. Find out the length of travel you need and the weight of the truck at each axle and they can help you get the right shock for what you are going to do with the truck.

The radius arms you can drop with drop brackets and keep the same length. You will also want a drop track bar bracket as well.

If you have fabrication skills you can make your own shock towers or have a welding fab shop or buggie shop make them for you.

If you're in California, Arizona or Nevada, you're right in the middle of the action with Baja type off road truck and buggie racing which is where all the long travel suspension stuff happens.
