What else should I do????

I have a 1991 f150 4x4, extended cab, short box, with the 302 V8/E4OD.

I just ordered Ford Racing Shorty Headers, a Bassani Y-pipe/cat, and Gibson Single out Cat Back. Also a set of Eibach Leveling coils, a MSD TFI coil, Flex-a-lite 13.5" dual electric fan, Energy Suspension Master Bushing Set.

I have recently done a complete tune up, and replaced the thermostat, coolant temp sending unit, shocks. I have already added heavier duty rear springs, and a steering stabilizer.

What else would be a good upgrade to give me added performance, and maybe any cool mods you can think of. Looking for something else to wrench on next.

Are front and rear sway bars worth the money?
I know I need to realign my truck after I do the bushings and springs, but do I need a drop link kit, or a different bushings for the lift?

If you have a couple grand I would suggest a supercharger.

Word of advise, when you change the cab busing, you'll need a 1/2" dia rod about 2' long to punch out the lower bushings. The one under the steering wheel is a bi**h. I had to use an air hammer on mine due to the angle and the bar kept bending. I used a piece of rebar. Also, the front ones on the radiator support are double nutted. Remove the nut on the upper side of the support before loosing the bolt. I found this out after I snapped mine. The insert below the support has threads also. And make sure you keep the shims where they belong.
Good luck.
P.S. - Letting the forward strap loose on the saddle tank helped alot on the left rear bushing for access.
