Worst Prestdent ever??

I am not a Republican just thought this was interesting.

The Worst President?

Liberals claim President Bush shouldn't have started this war.
They complain about his prosecution of it. They point out that
Iraq didn't attack the U.S. and we shouldn't have went to war
with them.
One liberal recently claimed Bush was the worst president in
U.S. history.

Most of these claims come from liberals in the Democratic party.
Being an Independent I decided to take a look at history and see
if using that criteria who else could be called the "worst" president.

FDR ( a democrat) led us into World War II against Germany, Italy, and Japan.
Neither Germany or Italy ever attacked us: Japan did.
From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost, an average of 112,500 per year.
That's 1 Democratic President, 4 years and 450,000 American lives

Harry Truman (a democrat) finished that war and started one in Korea, North
Korea never attacked us. From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost, an average
of 18,333 per year.
That's 1 Democratic President, 3 years, and 55,000 American lives.

John F. Kennedy (a democrat) started the Vietnam conflict in 1962. Vietnam
never attacked us.
Lyndon B. Johnson (a democrat) turned Vietnam into a quagmire. From 1965-1975,
58,000 lives were lost, an average of 5,800 per year. Finally in the 1970's
Richard Nixon (a republican) pulled us out of Vietnam.
That's 2 Democratic Presidents, 1 Republican President, 13 years, and 58,000
American lives.

Bill Clinton went to war in Bosnia WITHOUT UN or French consent, Bosnia
never attacked us.
The Clinton administration was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter
three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple
occasions.

In the two years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has liberated
two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors
in Lybia, Iran and North Korea without firing a shot, and captured Sadaam
Hussein, who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people.
We lost about 600 soldiers, an average of 200 a year. Bush did all this
abroad while not allowing another terrorist attack at home.
That's 1 Republican President, 2 1/2 years, and about 600 American lives.

Then the Democrats complained about how long the war on terror is taking,
but...

It took less time to take Iraq than it TOOK JANET RENO TO TAKE THE
BRANCH DAVIDIAN C0MPOUND! THAT WAS A 51 DAY OPERATION!

We've been looking for evidence of chemical weapons in Iraq for LESS TIME THAN
IT TOOK HILLARY CLINTON TO LOCATE THE ROSE LAW FIRM RECORDS IN HER OWN OFFICE!

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy
the Medina Republican Guard than it took TED KENNEDY TO CALL THE POLICE AND GIVE
HIMSELF UP AFTER HE HAD AN ACCIDENT WHILE DRUNK AND SANK HIS OLDSMOBILE IN
THE CHAPPAQUIDIK RIVER KILLING THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS HIS PASSENGER!

And Finally...
IT TOOK LESS TIME FOR THE U.S. MILITARY TO TAKE IRAQ THAN IT DID TO COUNT THE
VOTES IN FLORIDA IN 2000!!!!

But for some reason the Democrats didn't complain about how long any of that took! Hmmm.....

I find that quite interesting as well

Just wanted to point out though: The US declared war on Japan, when incited Germany and Italy to declare on us. Only after their declaration of war did the US "officially" declare war against the European countries, and enter the military conflict.

Perhaps intentiosn were there before; I really don't know. But... (officially) they started it

Don't forget Woodrow Wilson (a democrat) who got us into World War I where we lost 116,516 men in 1 year.

Ah Reagan...
I remember Reagan.
Before he got into office I had what was called a CITA job at 13. It was a government program for inner city kids that helped get them off the street and gave them employment. Alot of us ghetto kids had them, and it kept us off the street and gave us something to be proud of...A JOB! Reagen killed the program and there I was, hungry again. But I got lucky and found a job at a steel company with many benefits including legal and college paid by the company! Well after about 9 months the steel indudstry went belly up, and there I was on unemployment. The last thing I remember about Reagan affecting me personally was when he killed all unemployment extensions and then proceeded to tax all benefits that I recieved.
Yep...Reagen was a GREAT president! He really cared about the poor that's for sure.

Yeah, people forget that crap. This is the first time in history that the masses have been duped by powers that be in thinking they care about them. The years of propaganda and anti socialism bs has worked. People are waking up slowly, but it still is sad. I hear Machavelli is required reading for those running the show in the admin. EVeryone but gw of course....

in my opinion George W. Bush is the best thing to ever happen to this country. all the sobs that are out complaing about the war, and saying how bad Mr. Bush is a president is just ruining our countries reputation and strenghth.

i completely agree with the war even though many of my friends were sent there. what i don't agree with is our gas prices, we should've gotten something else out of the war besides bitter resentment from many of our allies.
btw id prefer not to be labeled repub or demo but at least when clinton ws in office i had a job not to mention all this decency crap theyre shoving down our throats. the problem is in my opinion that people are getting so consumed with matters other than their children, they are forgetting to be a parent.

THESE ARE THE SAME KIND OF PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO SUE MCDONALDS FOR GETTING FAT. THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS.

lets face it as an adult u have the choice of simply turning off "indecent material". im not going to pretend for a second that a child would do the same, however if more time was spent bieng a good parent they would have the ability to recognize the programming as entertainment. i am a father and i value my sons opinion, and i think that if a proper value system has been taught, then he will acknowledge right from wrong - we don't need the govenrment stepping in and telling me what to watch

While im in a rant this whole decency think obviously started from that beautiful booby. true it shouldnt have been seen you cant hide from that fact, but where were the sensors - aren't there people who are supposed to catch that. if there was a delay in effect this whole crappy situation would never have happened. i could have waited an xtra 5 seconds to see it it still would have been live to me. wardrobe malfunction or not i wish i had tivo.

lets also not forget the great strides in military technology we're blessed with. The reason we're comparing 450000 to 600 is not the president...its the times. Also anyone who compares the attrocities of WWII to iraq obviously hasn't taken a history class in a long long time...In my view....600 is still to many and that numbers going up by the day.

Gw is by far the worst in my lifetime. In 4 years we have gone from the most respected country to the most despised. Even our allies are disgusted. The Iraq oil field were found on cheneys maps at the "project for a new american century" meetings. This is NOT democracy in action... These neocons do all they can go keep the truth under water. If that fails, destroy the the messengers. Changing the findings in scientific reports for the benefit of industry is reason enough to have these bumbs kicked out of office. One thing is for sure, if you or I behaved i tenth as crooked as those in the bush family we would be in prison for life. Do your own reasearch, i dont make this stuff up.

Carter was probably the most ineffective President we've had in recent history. Most honest as well, just not worth a hoot.
