I've bought a set of OES running boards by Steel Horse to install on my Dad's '97 F150 Supercab. These boards have lights on them that are to be wired so that they will light when the doors are opened. Any suggestions on where to tap into the truck's wiring? The instructions leave that part up to the installer!! I don't want to get into the headliner if I don't have to. Would there be something around the door or under the dash that would be easier to get to? The wiring from the boards will come through a grommet in the floorboard. Any advice or insights would be appreciated!
