Help with the Door Sticker

I need help understanding the door Sticker on my 79 F250. The Front axle GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) says 4350. Underneath that Number it says 1973 KG. What does the KG stand for? The rear axle says GAWR 4610...2091 KG. The Truck GVWR says 7800 - 3538 KG. I thought the GAWR for the front and rear axles added together should equal the GVWR. And just to add to the confusion the weight on my Title and reg. says 4000. My truck is a Wrecker, so I need to understand these numbers to calculate the safe towing capacity.

KG would be kilograms. 2.2 kg to a pound. Not sure about the axles and gross but I think they are seperate ratings for front and rear and the GVWR is the total limit.
