Repacking front bearings

Repacking front bearings
I've been reading up on how to repack the front bearings on my 94 Bronco. It doesn't seem that hard, but I'm a little confused about removing the auto locking hub. Does it come out in one piece?? My manual shows an exploded view and it has me a little worried about all the small parts associated with it. Is there a link that explains this procedure??

this one dosnt work either. go to my thread on converting automatic to manual hubs. the link works from there. i have no idea why it wont work from here.
