10k Mod Questions
ok i posted this on the other website but evidently no one over there wants to help me.
Ok, I have located the icp plug on my truck, but where it says force the two wires under the rubber seal, do you unplug the icp? I unplugged mine and it doesn't look like the 10k mod pictures. i dont see any holes to connect the leads to.
still a little confused on this deal

I'll try to help a bit if I can. The ICP plug when it is removed has a rubber seal consisting of 3 ridges, mine was yellow. Slide this seal off of the plug. The plug is also the female end of the connection, there will be three outlets into which you can insert the stripped wire, there are 3 colors, mine where grey&red blue&red brown&white, I used the first 2 listed. After inserting the wires, bend them back and slide the seal over the end of the plug and the wires and reinstall the entire plug, check for SES light and you are good to go. Hope this helps.
