I was thinking about a F-350, but I will save about 5 grand by going with a 3/4 ton and I don't pull anything seriously heavy.

Oh wow, look at that, getting an extended cab with the PSD. I just have the regular cab with the V-10. At times I wish I would have gotten the extended cab but, it's that whole money thing or lack of it. Whatever you do, don't waste money on the tire upgrade. I spend an extra $90something on so called all terrain tires (goodyear wranglers, ewww)that clog up if you get within 10' of mud or snow. Before the snow starts again I have to spend another $500 on real tires (BFgoodrich all terrains). You're going to love the truck, it's a beast.
