I just lifted my truck and am going with the 38x15.50's for 16.5" wheels. I've got a '77 F-150 with a 460.
Every comment/article Ive read on these tires has been positive, but also very brief. So can any of you guys that are running these tell me what to expect.

I've got a set of the 33 PJ's on my Dodge Dakota and man are they awesome tires....they look great and are awesome ofroad tires......however the tread design makes for a really really loud tire in normal road driving conditions but they wear very well on the street and as far as I am concerned they are a really awesome all around tire......

Here are some pics of my PJ's (33's) on my 2001 Dak.....this is my daily driver and it's been good to me for over a year.....so I cant complain.....the tires look great and work very well in all types of offroad use.....
i like those tires.how many miles you put on them so far?to bad they dont make them in a 40" tire though.what is a 2001 dak?..is that a ford or a dodge truck?

yeah yeah - I kow Im going to get flamed for the dodge, but the thread was about the tires.....so yeah. I bought them used (practically new) and have been running them now for just over a year on that truck. It is all wheel drive, so naturally it is going to eat up tires quicker, but these Parnelli Jones tires are wearing incredibly well. They are awesome tires on and off road, my only complaint is that they are decently loud on the road......oh well, small price to pay, and that is what they make radios for.....
