What year? What model? What axle ratio/tire size (HD or LD another words)? A/C or no A/C (sometimes determines the number of PVSs)? Manual or automatic? Original valve covers? What's the calibration number (front of passenger side valve cover, something like 63letter or 74letter)? California, 49-state or Canada?
Its a 1977,f150 explore,AC,Auto,Dont know,Made in michigan but I live in CA
Well, there's only one thing it can be: 7-74J-R0.
The bad news is that I don't have a diagram scanned for that. The good news is that 7-72J-RO (CA. 351 Auto) is exactly the same thing. I scanned a copy a little while ago and it's here:
The diagram itself is sorta undecipherable. It came that way. That's bad. What's good is, is that 7-7[2,4]J-R0 lived again as 9-97J-R0 (Federal 460 Auto). It's on the autozone site in the emissions diagrams as figure 62. The only difference is that it doesn't have the WOT valve like 72J. Otherwise it's identical.
