It depends on how much airspace you are going to need for your subs. If you go sealed, then I don't think you'll have a problem. Ported may be tight though.
I have a 1.2 cu. ft. ported box with (2) Resonant Engineering 8's going in mine. The box measures 30"W x 18"H x 8.5"BD x 3.5"TD...could have fit (4) 8's but I wanted to retain my jack mount location and have room for an amp mounting board. If you remove/relocate those things you can make the box quite a bit wider.
