Bad AM reception
I’m getting bad AM reception in a 95 Bronco. FM is fine. I live in a rural area and work downtown. When I get closer to the stations (in town) the reception clears up. I don’t remember having this problem when the truck was new. My wife has a new car and the reception is fine. I was wondering how the stock Ford radio (AM/FM cassette) compares with after market stuff. Are the newer radios shielded better to provide better reception?
