Looking for tail lights
i have and 04 ranger and im looking for some euro type tail lights i havent found anythat are for an 04 except by one company tyc but they didnt actually fit they looked as though they should have but didnt. i dont know if it was b/c its flare-side or whatever but i sent them back, if any one has any suggestions on where i could find them it be great

if they are the same as the ones that fit a 2000 ranger, i'll sell you a set that I have. Im not sure if they will fit, since mine is not a flareside, but if they do, you can have them for cheap.

any euro that are for the 01-03's will fit the 04 with out any modifications to the bulb housing locking part. The 00's will work, but will have to be cut to fit the sleve that the bulb is in so it will lock into the tail light assembly. I had to do that when I swapped my 03 tails out for 00 tails.

"any Euro that are for the 01-03's will fit the 04 with out any modifications to the bulb housing locking part" i know im not crazy but the ones i tried didn't; it fit without the bulb but once u put the bulb in the harness or whatever got in the way ill try another brand.
snowbound1234, when i said it was a flare-side i meant the truck sorry for the misunderstanding. the lights you have are they black or chrome? im really looking for black

I knew that you meant your truck (what else could it be?), but I was saying that my truck is not a flareside, it is a fleetside (regular bedside). The lights that I have are chrome with a black outline. They both have chips on the top outer edges that are about a quarter inch thick and two inches across, running horizontally across. The chips are on the outer edges and are not on the lenses. you cant really notice from a few feet away. I bought the truck with these on, but I like the stock ones better since mine is stricktly a prerunner. (my friends would give me crap if I had them on)
Anyway, If you want them, you can have them for $20 or whatever you offer me + shipping. If you want pics, I can get some.
