I have a 75 f-100 4x4 with a full time new process transfer case. A lockout hub kit has been installed, so you can disengage the full time 4 wheel drive. I have problems with the transfer kicking out of 4 high. Any ideas?
My 95 Bronco automatic tranny, with push-button/ manual hubs will kick out of 4 high after about 30 seconds of driving. When it kicks out the motor revs up like it's in nutrel although it is in gear. I don't know whats causing it. It could be some sort of wiring or connector issue with both of us. good luck with your problem.
