Need HELP! Back Window Quit, Stuck Down!

Coming home from work today I realized I could only put my window down. and i could only do it from the back seat, not from the drivers controls. Now it is stuck down, and wont budge, and I cant manually pull it up. Any ideas? Please help!

well that happend to our 94 explorer and instead of paying a 100 dollars to get the window motor fixed, they just put a dowel in it so stays up and it cant roll down
