O/D light flashing

2002 Explorer. O/D lamp started flashing. Tried reading posts on, but very varied potentials for failure.

Question: Could it be as simple as Rear Axle Spd Snsr? I know that part is super-plagued w/ reliability issues...

See if Autozone will pull the trouble codes & go from there. I would'nt be surprized if AZ pulls a speed sensor code.
