'78 electrical question.

'78 electrical question.
since my back window doesnt work, i was going to check the fuse for it.
my CHILTON manual says the fuse is at the starter relay, well, i havent exactly located the starter, it may have been previously relocated, and consequently havent located the starter relay. now, i know basics about engines, but its been a few years since i was taking shop classes in H.S. and well, i didnt pay attention in class too much :-x15.
what is it i should be looking for. im guessing the actual starter is irrelevant in this situation, so what does the relay look like?
and oh yeah, i want to check this all out, and wiegh my options, i ordered a catalog from LMC truck (anyone order through them at all? they seem to have a LARGE selection of OE parts for broncos.) and it sells regulator motors (the part im assuming i would need) for about 120.00. id rather fix the problem the cheapest way instead of spending money on that when i could put it to use elsewhere.
