Brake Problem

About 2 days ago I was driving and noticed my break were soft.

And now 2 days later, they are REALLY soft.

Before you touch them and they start to stop, and then with-in about 2 inches they will pull hard, and you push any more and your gonna lock them up.

Now its like, you touch them and it will start to stop the same, but you have a good 6 inches before anything more happens and then its really tight and then it will stop.

I looked at all hoses, and point of contact, along with all the hubs and bottom of the wheels for drips/leaks and didnt find anything.

Anyone have any info?

Ya got fluid in the master?

If fluid level is fine then it sounds like you need a new master cylinder.

Yep fluid is fine.

The MC is only like 3 years old... the orginal lasted for like 9 years.

you may need to replace all the rubber lines, the older the weaker and the hotter the softer and the will expand and ballon make your peddle feel soft. DW
