Question Hard shifting on an Automatic
i have a '94 F150 XL Automatic. When the gears shift sometimes i feels like its goin into neutral cuz i can hear the engine rev up then the next gear kicks in and the truck jolts forward. latley its been gettin alot worse. transmission problem? what could be causing this?

Try a search in the transmission forum for "MLPS". See if the symptoms for a bad one are the same as those you are experiencing.
