Dually rear end question

Dually rear end question
I have the oppertunity to aquire an 84 econoline 1 ton x moterhome for parts. I would like to put the Dually rear end in my 79 F250 4x4 Wrecker. Has anyone done this before? Any one know what problems to expect.

Width of the spring perches and tire/spring clearance would probably be the main issues, along with gear ratio. Get out your tape measure and check it out. 
Pinion yoke/u-joint size could be different too, but the driveshaft could be rebuilt with the right yoke to fix that.
