Well at least you have an album which is more than most people looking for help have.
Just go to the top if this page and click Settings.
Click Edit User Gallery
SCroll down to under the album name you will see 5 message boxes with Browse beside them.
Click browse >
Make sure the pics you wish to upload are not too large.
Max is 600 x 450 Px
or about 40KB in size
