I had Cooper ST's (mud terrain) and I liked them. Good tire - good all around traction for a mud tire and definitely cheaper than the "big" name tires.
cooper which if i remeber right owns armstrong, mastercraft, dean is owned by goodyear (owners are egyption)who also owns kelly and they make hoosier trail guide trail mark halmark and a lot of others alot of them are made in the u.s. but just about all of them are owned over seas if you trace it back by looking at the procomp AT you can probly trace them to goodyear/kelly also (star trailbuster II)another private label tire just look on the sidewall they say where they are made
I do not see how you can go wrong supporting coopertire.com as long as they have a tire in the tread that you need. It is a big US based company with a lot in Georgia including a big plant.
