Door Panel Removal? Power Lock

2000 F350 CREW CAB...NEED TO REMOVE A PANEL ON BACK DOOR BUT DONT SEE A SINGLE SCREW? IS IT SNAPPED IN? ONE LOCK WONT GO UP OR DOWN AND WAS TOLD ITS A CLIP THAT PROBABLY CAME OFF? ITS A LARIAT LE MODEL

There should be a reflector on the lower panel. That peice will come out nicely with a flat blade screw driver. There is, I believe it is either an 8 or 10mm bolt. Remove the bolt. Lift the whole panel UP and then pull it off the door. Good luck

there are 2 screws
one behind the reflector and one behind/under the door lock/window switch panel.
Use a nut driver, remove the 2 screws the lift up and the panel is off.
