Talking New Truck

well after yesterday i have bought yet another truck....iam just a sucker for 70's ford trucks i guess. so as of now the ole 78 will be up for sale so i will just be down to the new/old truck....anyway the new truck is: 72 ford f-100 4x4 360 v-8 4spd...i myself couldnt beleive the shape of the truck....there are some minor flaws ie: faded paint, missing driver grill section, and a mild dent or two...but rust wise there is hardly any some bubble rust but nothing even mildly serious. this truck will deffinatly get posted as soon as i get my pics devolped. as well pics of the long gone 82 and the rusty 78 ....with as many cars and trucks that i go through i should have a dealers license. but just thought i would throw a line on here to say iam adding a new member to the family.....if anyone has any info on a truck like this or performance mods or just basic b.s. drop a line iam always up for new info

well when i got off work yesterday i went out and tinkered with the 72 and let me tell ya that 360 runs like a raped ape. i was definatly impressed. bone stock even down to the 2barrel carb. the only thing i dont really like as of now is the exhaust....2 1/4" true duals with glasspacks ...dont get me wrong its fun to down shift and let the glasspacks cackle ...thats kind of neat ....but it needs headers and flowmaster 40's....well more info to come as soon as i get more familiar with

Thats cool.. I know of a few 67-72 4x4's sitting around here in dearborn. I like them just about as much as i do 73-79.. then the around 65.. and then 95s.
