trans gauge
I have a 03 F150 supercab with a 4.6. I do alot of towing every weekend. I put a Haynes cooler on it. I want to put a temp gauge on it. When I purchase the gauge does it come with the sending unit? and where does it go??? any ideas.......

I have a Teltek tranny temp gauge on mine. It installs inline with the cooler. They have a brass T with compression fittings. The sensor is in the brass T. The gauge is 12V powered. The line coming out of the front of the tranny is the hot one. I used a tubing cutter on the lines.
