Help with Vopc

I called VOPC yesterday and it told me my vehicle has been shipped by Convoy carrier. I checked back today to see if anything had changed and it said arrived at ramp. Please let me know what these mean.

I cant help you, but maybe you can help me. What is the number to call for VOPC? I have a VIN but dont know how to track it. Thanx for the info.
