Does the V10 still have some off the line punch left with the 3.73?
Is hyper tech or somebody doing any computer stuff for the V10.
What is your findings. on 93 octane vs 87?
How much oil does the V10 use per change?

I can't speak for wawaii but my F-350 works great for me. I went to a sprint race in Bristol and towed an El Camino back on a very heavy trailer and rarely come out of overdrive. I've used virtually zero oil between changes.I'm nearing 15,000 so I've got a change due shortly. The only performance mods amount to a K&N air filter

"Does the V10 still have some off the line punch left with the 3.73?" It's not too bad for a 6,000+ plus truck with the 3.73's. I'd like more, but also don't want to give up the fuel economy. I can break torque it and leave a nice cloud of smoke and a wonderful pair of black marks (http://ic.net/~wawii/My%20Y2K%20F-250/skid_marks.jpg)

"What is your findings on 93 octane vs 87?" With the SuperChip you have to run a min. of 92 octane. And I'm have a little trouble doing a good burn out on the 92 octane vs what I got with the 94. I'm going to start carying some octane bost with me.
"How much oil does the V10 use per change?" Zip, Zero, Nada. I'd like to switch to a synthetic, but the dinky oil filter concerns me. With the synthetic I'd look for ~6,000 miles between chnages with synthetic, but I'm not sure I'd truck the oil filter for that length of time.

Sorry, the V-10 holds 6 quarts with a filter chnage. The filter is easy to get to as well. you can even chnage the oil on a 2WD with out even jacking the truck up.
