East of Atlanta. What adjustments to you need? I may or may not be able to do them while you wait, I'm busy trying to get new site features up and with an average of 4 hours sleep the last few nights my time is short.

My transmission never "tightened up", especially in OD. I had to pull it a month, or so,ago because it shut down the truck. Pulled the chip and truck canked back up.

Contact us at 770-918-8400 during business hours and I'll see what we can do. Note that my availability will be spotty this week. I have appointments on Wednesday and Thursday and I'm leaving town for some R&R on Friday (10th wedding anniversary). My work load during the hours remaining to me will be tremendous, to say the least!

Also, right now the best way to handle MotorHaven customer support issues is by calling MotorHaven directly via phone or its contact page. I'm only checking the Chip/Tuner forum every couple of days because of my work load and the pending release of the new forum software.

Look forward to talking with you!
