Leaving *gulp* Alberta
Yeah, it is settled... We are packing up and moving to the good ol' US of A!
We are sick of waiting for two years for my wife's immigration to go through, and to find out that there is another 8 month delay??? FORGET IT! It is hard enough to raise a family with only one income! (not allowed to work in Canada until landed)
I found out that being married to an american, I can work IMMEDIATELY while the US immigration does the paperwork!
That is just sick, when you would think it should be so easy to get into Canada...
I will be moving to the Boynton Beach area, or West Palm Beach.
Hope to get some decent work there. But, I don't think I will miss the snow much! But I sure will miss my home for 33 years... Will definately come to visit, but surely in the summer!
I will also be mirroring this post in the Florida forum. Doesn't take place till the fall, and yes, I will be taking the '76 Supercab with me! It's gotta pull the big U Haul trailer!
