Remote CD changer

Anybody know where the remote CD changer would be located in a van? (03)

don't know where the factory puts it, but i put mine under the back seat.

Likewise, I'm not sure where the factory puts it. I mounted my Kenwood under the front passenger seat in our '97 E-350.
