What kind of work does everyone do? I work for both Westar Marine Service (www.westarmarineservices.com) and Baydelta Maritime (www.baydeltamaritime.com). I work on tanker escorts, ship assists, replenishing big ships with stores and water taxis. So I'm curious what everyone else does?

I work at Halifax International Airport with the Ramp crew for Worldwide Flight Services, and also work in Residential, Commercial and Film Set Carpentry. I have a few years experience in the trade.

I am attending St. Mary's University full time, working towards a B.A., History major, English minor.

I hope to eventually teach english overseas for a year or so before returning to nova scotia to build a house and gain a bachelor of education to teach high school.

I also want to be a contractor building houses and owning a couple to rent out.

My highboy will be the perfect work truck... heheh It had proven itself already before i chose to tear it down for a full resto.

Uhhh does being a maritimer mean you work in the maritime industry? That's what I thought, if not then well...looks like I'm in the wrong thread.

Well yes it does , but it's the term used to describe canada's eastern provinces. At one time thats all there was here was fishing and sailing.
